Were you at my cookbook launch event by chance? I had never heard of this game, but my friend Becky, who was interviewing me, brought this up! Not sure if it's the same thing...
I wasn’t there I listened to the podcast and thought that was such fun. Recently leaving a Starbucks when I grabbed my bag with egg bites they fell on the floor and I quickly picked them up. So embarrassed but when I got in the car I looked at them piping hot and ate them. Then I laughed and thought what a good “would you eat that”. I’m a big fan wish you’d visit Traverse City, MI!
Hi Rachel, I showed my husband Sam this article and he told me about meeting you. He admired your Challah bread, told me about your podcast, and how he enjoyed your sense of humor. Fun fact, he’s one of the owners and been there 40 years. Happy to hear you enjoyed your visit!
Hi Nina! It was so much fun chatting with Sam. He mentioned he'd been there 40 years but didn't say he was one of the owners! Thanks for the note and tell him I said hello!
Happy 20th!! I first heard you AND loved you on Ron and Don’s show. I loved your pod, but also miss Ring my Belle. It was fun hearing the playback of one of your news stories on a recent episode.
Love the pod!
A “Jewish sister” and vegan fan (hopefully you’ll interview another vegan celebrity soon),
Thanks for sticking with me for so long, Sandy! I haven't had a vegan guest for a minute -- felt like everyone was vegan and/or Jewish for a while there!
Congrats on 20 years! The one thing I miss from my job Downtown is being able to pick up stuff for dinner at Pike Place Market on my lunch break, but I really love working remote :D Shabbos dinner is a great way celebrate your first time :)
I grew up in the area, but I didn't consider it "official" until I actually moved into the city after college.
Just a suggestion to add a segment of wouldja eat it at the end of the leftover segment, I love playing that but most people just say ewewew to me.

Would be so nice to work nearby! I'd be eating a whole lot more Beecher's mac & cheese if I did...
Oh, their caprese sandwich & cup of tomato soup (with curds!) got me through many a gray Winter day
That & the adobo chicken with pancit at Oriental Mart
Hello Rachel Belle, Thank You. A delightful read. I'm soon to be 67 years born and raised here. I do love living in this region.
Coffee? My treat as your daily schedule allows.
