Same here on reading the book and same response!! So good! 100% why is serving size 3🤣🤣🤣 I do enjoy Annie’s and don’t feel gross after. But I’ll have to look for goodles🙌
I felt like the main character of the book would hate how she's depicted on the cover! The only place I've found Goodles, in person, is at Target. They have several flavors but I've just tried the cheddar so far!
I loved Lessons in Chemistry! While I'm a little older than the main character, I very much experienced what she did starting in the 60's. Still happens today, only not as overtly. But I enjoyed the humor, the daughter, the dog, everything. Glad you overcame the book cover. 😁

All butter no milk is how I make mac-n-cheese too but sometimes I do just a splash of evaporated milk for a little oopmf!
Apple TV made a series based on Lessons in Chemistry that is coming out soon. Hopefully it will be just as good as the book!
